Commissie Hercules-Invest
In execution of Article 11 of the Hercules Regulation, the Flemish Minister of Economy, Science, Innovation and Foreign Trade has appointed the members of the Hercules Invest Commission.
The internal functioning of the Hercules Invest Commission is regulated by its code of order, which was ratified by the minister on November 13, 2008.
The Hercules Invest Commission investigates the investment plans of those proposals deemed to have met the standard of excellence by the Hercules Science Commission in order to assess whether the investment plans are sufficiently realistic and objective.
The Hercules Invest Commission then investigates whether any needs or opportunities exist other than those identified in the application.

- Mr. Bart Laethem, researcher and member of the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI), proposed by the department Economy, Science and Innovation (EWI) (Deputy President),
- Ms. Muriel Uytterhaegen, Investing Manager at Vinnof (PMV), proposed by the Board of Directors of the Hercules Foundation.
